COMPANY PROFILE

Office Transitions began officially on August 1, 2002.   The company was brought together after identifying a client need to support
and oversee transition, whether a small relocation, tenant improvement modification, or a larger new building relocation. We have

found that by having one dedicated project manager to oversee all principles of the project (architect, engineering, security, voice/data, etc.) that not only were there areas where duplication of services was reduced, but efficiencies were gained by someone making sure each principle was an integral and informed part of the team.  The overall results: a smoother running project, fewer redundancies, and cost savings to the client.
